About Us

Sara Poss is a systemic therapist, coach and co-founder of Rooted Parenting. 

She holds a MA in Arts and Cultural Studies, has trained in Systemic Family Constellations work, is a trauma informed practitioner, certified coach and has a diploma in CBT and child psychology.   

Sara is a mother to three boys and lives in London.

Betsy Gibson is a systemic coach, is trained in Non Violent Communication and co-founder of Rooted Parenting. 

Betsy has worked in primary education for over 45 years, has trained in Systemic Family Constellations work, holds a M.Ac. in Chinese medicine and is presently studying the neuroscience in terms of family and mental health.

Betsy has two adult children and lives in Hertfordshire.

 Judith Hemming is one of Britain’s foremost practitioners and trainers of systemic work and is highly regarded internationally as an expert in systemic approaches.

She founded ECL, an organisation to spread systemic wisdom into schools and families, and has taught Constellations and systemic approaches worldwide. 

Judith lives in London and Wales and is a mother and grandmother.
