This session covers the human nervous system, focusing on regulation and dysregulation. Participants learn to recognize triggers and manage them effectively. Additionally, the session helps individuals discover their ideal roles within the family system.
Practical Skills for Family Well-being
This session focuses on practical skills for family well-being, including the Four C's of good mental health, active listening, and non-violent communication. Additionally, it addressed the best positions for children within the family system.
Self-Awareness and Family Support
In this session, participants gain awareness of their strengths and learn to support their challenges with love and self-connection through understanding neurochemistry. The session also emphasize the importance of appreciating the other parent.
Behavioral Support and Family Roles
This session focuses on supporting necessary behavioral changes through natural consequences. It also helps identify the ideal roles for both parents within the family system.
Understanding Self-Care and Valuing Everyone's Needs
